Well maybe not the first but the first one not to go through a wall. Can't find any tutorials on how to fix a object if you want to move the table legs.
Also your sim might die from just standing in front of it. Thats what happend to one of my sims. Or maybe they were depressed and decided to see what die does and killed their self without me doing anything!
The only difference in this version, is if their an elder, then it'll make them 20 years old. Also then it will turn them back into an adult, instead of an elder.
Does your sim want a promotion? Do they not have time to get in a good mood and get their skills up? Then this chair is for you! Just sit down and your motives go up and your skills go up. It also adds 1000 days to their life!
This fixes one problem. If you sat in the chair more then once, then it would keep adding 1000 to all your skills. In other words trying to max it out again and again. Which would result in it either reseting back to nothing or not being able to paint.
I don't know what to say about this. Other then my video card driver is messed up or the magic chair messed something up. As that guy was an elder. But it was working fine. So I don't know. The only thing I did was upgrade my video card driver. Which shouldn't of caused that. Since nobody elses head looks like that.
Searching the sims 2 website forums, I found this thread. Which should solve the blue face problem. Haven't tried it yet.

Great for the bums. Anyhow we're moving, so we have boxes laying around. So I figured the sims might like to sit on it. Coming next a box bed and a box couch.
I don't know anything about this file, other then the file name is sims_grill.zip. I found it on an old CD, I know nothing else, don't have an image either.
